AWJ Civil was engaged by Fraser Property Group as the principal contractor to complete the premier industrial estate located on the corner of The Horsley Drive and Cowpasture Road in Wetherill Park.

Horsley Drive Business Park (HDBP) is a 26Ha estate built for large warehouse facilities. The business park is ideally situated in an established industrial precinct with access to a large and experienced workforce in the vibrant and fast-growing Western Sydney industrial area.

The works carried out involved major bulk earthworks and material placement of 520,000m3, simultaneous warehouse and infrastructure construction including lead in services, external road upgrade to a main collector road, safety management, extensive landscaping & retaining wall construction. Works above were carried in accordance with a limited construction program including the first pad handover milestone within a 10-week timeframe, which included cut to fill of 100,000m3 to reach proposed pad RL, with 50% being indistinctly weather rock.
